Q: HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

A: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within (5-7) business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within (5-7) business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.

All orders processed with USPS Priority Express will ship within 2-3 business days. Should you require Next Day Delivery for your order, Beautique Beauty Bar can provide UPS or FedEx shipping options. Express shipping options are limited for PO Box, non-continental US and international deliveries. Shipping options will be provided at checkout. Orders over $200 will require signature upon delivery.

Due to international customs policies, Beautique Beauty Bar may not be able to ship to an international destination. Please contact us to inquire about acceptable destinations and rates.

Q: CAN I GET MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED? WITH A GIFT CARD?

A: Yes, we’d love to gift wrap your Beautique Beauty Bar package. All you have to do is select “gift wrap” in the item select drop down menu within all product pages on this website. The cost to have our Customer Service team wrap your package is $5.95 USD. Gift card greetings will be entered by the customer in your “notes” section at the time of checkout. Our special Beautique Beauty Bar gift cards are also available for purchase for any selection in amount of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00.

Q: CAN I EXPEDITE MY SHIPPING?

A: Absolutely! Expedited shipping options are available and detailed when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1PM PST on a business day will be shipped out according to the rate at which you have chosen to have your purchase expedited. Beautique Beauty Bar does not offer Saturday shipping deliveries at this time. For special requests or questions about rush shipping, please contact us at: customerservice@beautiquebeautybar.com. We are not responsible for any shipment after it leaves the US and customer agrees all duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled prior to local delivery or shipment. As the customer it is your responsibility to notify our Customer Service office within 24 hours of placing your order to stop your order from being packaged and shipped. If the package was shipped, a return must be processed according to our Return and Exchange Policy above.
